Jodan Oi-Zuki1. Step straight back with the right leg into front-stance, left arm rising-block and counter with right reverse-punch. 2. Step 45` out with right leg to the right and block with bowed arm vertical knife-hand block, right hand in upper prepare position. Shift weight forward and change to front-stance delivering a right-handed knife-hand attack to neck. 3. In one smooth movement cover with the left arm as in rising-block prepare and bring the right hand to the hips, while moving the left leg out to the left at 45`. Then immediately bring the right foot up next to the left while blocking rising-block with the right. Counter with right side snap-kick and land horse stance with the right leg behind the opponents right leg then deliver right arm inside elbow technique. 4. Move the right leg straight back into front-stance and block open handed X-block with the right forearm on top of the left. Grab the outside of the opponents arm with the right hand, pull across and counter right roundhouse kick under the arm, turn 180` to land in front-stance and attack left elbow technique to chest. 5. Step back with right leg into front-stance and block left rising-block, counter front snap-kick chest height and land forward with right upper-elbow technique to opponents jaw. Chudan Oi-Zuki1. Step back with the right leg into front-stance and block left outside block, then counter right reverse-punch. 2. Step back with the left leg into front-stance and block right outside block, shift forward and centrally into horse stance and counter right inside elbow technique. 3. Step back right leg into front-stance and block left inside block, counter with left leading hand punch to the head and right reverse-punch to the chest. 4. Step out with the right leg at 45` to the right into back-stance and block knife-hand block, counter with front leg kick (front or roundhouse kick), land and attack chest height spear-hand strike to chest in front-stance. 5. Step straight back with right leg into horse stance and block left forearm wrist low, continue spinning in the same direction (clockwise from above) and land horse stance attacking right elbow technique to the back of the neck. Mae-geri1. Step straight back with the right leg into front-stance and perform lower block with left arm, then counter reverse-punch at chest height. 2. Step back with right leg into front-stance 45` to the left and block with right arm reverse lower block. Counter left head height leading hand punch directly followed by right chest height reverse-punch. 3. Move right foot in front of left into cat stance and block right lower block, immediately push left vertical open hand into attackers right shoulder joint then follow up with right outer elbow technique to the breastbone. 4. Move left foot straight back into front-stance and block closed-hand X-block. Move hands up to chest pulling front foot back slightly then attack the throat with open handed X-block while shifting forwards maintaining front stance. Mawashi-geri1. Move right leg to the right 90` into front-stance and from a preparatory position touching the shoulder, block left inside block with all the fingers of the left fist facing you, counter right reverse-punch. 2. Move left leg back into a short horse stance approximately in line with the attack and double block with open hands (palms facing each other), counter elbow technique with the open left hand pushing on the fist of the arm making the elbow attack. Yoko-geri Kekome1. Step back with the right leg into front-stance and block left outside block, then counter right reverse-punch. 2. Step back with the right leg into horse stance and block left forearm wrist low, change stance into front-stance and strike to temple with the right ridge hand, palm facing down.
