An excellently written book by the Founder of Modern day karate, Gichin Funakoshi O'Sensei      An excellent little book that will widen your mind to what you can gain from Karatedo training by Bruce Hyams

Volume 1 and 2 of the definitive kata resource from the master himself Kanazawa Sensei      The definitive Kihon and Jiyu Ippon Kumite manual again from the master himself Kanazawa Sensei
If you can find out how to get this anywhere, please let me know! The only one I've not read.
